| I was wondering what other labs are using to calibrate thier incubators?? Do you use CO2 analyzers? Taking pH values? Or some other kind of measurements? In conjunction to that, are you all using a specific media for that type of calibration? For example if a media company suggest a certain CO2 level do you use that as a baseline, or do you test pH levels? Just a general question. Thanks. |

| Hello, We have a problem with our embryos.Few cycles have passed, we had a good quality oocytes from them and almost all the embryos fragmented.We have checked all the incubatos-everything is normal, we clean them every two weeks with special IVF chemicals,the water in the incubators is sterile,there is no VOC in the air of the lab, the schemes of hormonal stimulation are the same as before, we have changed almost all the consumables, that we use in the lab and the embryos still fragment.We use .. |

| Hi to everyone. We recently did batch of 7 cases ICSI/IVF. We got Very good 2 pn all grade 1. When they are transfered to clevage media from fertilisation media and observe next day we find all PN disappear but none of them cleaved after 48 hours. What could be the couse of it.
