2 polar bodies in oocyte before ICSI?

Question:

When the oocyte appears one polar body/fragmented polar body, that is MII so that we can do ICSI for it. But if I observe 2 distinct polar bodies (likely) in oocyte, should I do ICSI for it? Will it be a normal embryo too?

I had done ICSI on oocyte with two distinct polar bodies just for observation and could culture it up to Blastocyst. But I didn't select it for Embryo transfer.

once I had the same problem.And I am not sure what might be the reason. I did it ICSI but with no PN.
