Description:
Central granulated oocyte. Clinical pregnancy and implantation rates are lower than expected in cases with severe cenral cytoplasmic granulation. (Kahraman et al. Hum Rep. 15(11): 2390-93,2000)

we do come acros such highly granular oocytes in atleast 3 to 5 % of the cases.what may be the contributing factors.some times we tried to find some association betwen the drugs.what i observed was when the HMG dose was high this type of ocytes came morte.whats your opinion.
