I am working in bovine OPU IVP. and I have some problems with fertilization when checking cleavage rate at D2 after IVF where no more than 40% is achieved.
I had checked fertilization medium ph at begining and ending (7.6 and 7.5) of 18 hs of IVF (TALP Fertilization medium), semen has been already used before and works well, incubator is pretty new but I dont really know how acurrate is CO2 injection and concentration, bicarbonate concentration in media could be not enough to equilibrate? any suggestions? Thanks in advance
