Reproductive Research Centre at Cleveland Clinic, United States and the Division of Reproductive Medicine, Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), India have successfully started a unique Certificate Program in Clinical Embryology and ART. This 3 months program is designed to provide both theoretical understanding and practical training in various aspects of Clinical Embryology. It is specifically designed for Clinicians or Clinical Scientists interested in acquiring state - of - art laboratory aspects of ART. The program consists of didactic lectures, discussions with experts, hands on training utilizing animal models and exposure to various practical procedures used in an ART Laboratory. Selected candidates are enrolled in this program at Manipal, India. They spend two months learning various basic laboratory aspects of Assisted Reproductive Techniques followed by one month of advanced training at the Reproductive Research Center, Cleveland Clinic. Upon successful completion of the training, each candidate is awarded a "Certificate of Training in Clinical Embryology and ART".
