Question:
Hi. Anybody knows how to lower temperature during the blastocyst cryopreservation when using Vitrolife freeze-kit? In the instruction it is written that start temperature is -6, then hold for 2 minutes, and then seeding. And how to lower temperature after it? Thanks.

"You need a program machine for it. Otherwise, it is impossible.
There are many in market. Freeze controller made in Australia is very good."
