Question:

In both long and flare protocols, when the number of days of stimulation is eight or less than that we get very fragile oocytes. Degeneration rate after ICSI seems to be high, whereas no change in pregnancy rate has been noticed. What is the experience of other labs?

Please make sure that yur clinicians have not gone on a step down protocol or has not coasted because the stimulation days are less.
