Question:

Please can anyone suggest training for an embryologist, for cleavage stage and tropoductum biopsy .... followed by fixatation.

Also, what do you suggest for blastocyst biopsy media?? Is it the same as what you are using for Day 3 biopsy??

I tried to do a day 5 biopsy but as soon as i break tropo with needle the Blastocyst collapses !! is this is normal?

Finally what should I do with a hatched blastocyst? If it is hatched can I still can do a biopsy?

Thank you
