Embryos arrested and lysed on day 3 and 4

Question:
Did anyone have situation like this?I used for cultivation to the stage of blastocyst commercial medium Medicult IVF and ISM2. I refresh culture every day. Everything was ok. Good rates of fertilization good quality of embryos on day 2 and day 3. But on day 4 in some embryos started degeneration process like darkness and embyos who reached stage of morula on day 5 started to change and didn't reached blastocyst stage. Incubator is set on 5,8% CO2 and 37 C,rH 90% . Could anyone give me some advice what is wrong and what I should check?Best wishes!
