No Problem!

"In our center we are used to incubate Hepes media tightly capped in CO2 incubators. The colour of the phenol red indicator does not change and fertilzation and cleavage rates were comprable with the incubation in the hot block. Probably, this depends on the type of the tube used in the incubation."

"Try it - you could use a simple color indicator 'control' tube to compare to your equilibrated container to see if your container is gas tight. A lot of containers are not. If your media has phenol red, your media will be yellow if your container allows any of the CO2 to leak in.
I've tried it - I've had Hepes media in tightly capped tubes turn yellow - and in snap top tubes - so be cautious.
Better to use a warming block, or other similar device, just to be sure.
Mike"
