Question:

Last day I have ICSI with 5 cells (4 MII and 1 MI). On the next day one cell were with 2pb and 1pn and 4 cells with 1pb and now pn. The icsi procedure was well (at the same day with other patient 3 fertilized out of 3).

What may be wrong? Does it mean that they should take a donor oocyte?

Thank you!

"Not necessarily, it could be the sperm. Polar body grading on D1 (as far as I'm aware) doesn't tell you much.

I assume you checked the eggs for fertilization at the right time. Did you recheck them again an hour (or couple of hours later)? Did you culture them out to D2?"
