Question:

Hi guys. while doing ICSI, Evrery now and then, we come across eggs which are fragile. IF you aspirate cytoplasm, in such eggs, then they degenerate. But sometimes they dont and even fertilise.

And if you dont aspirate cytoplasm, they dont degenerate, and they even fertilise.

What is the sensible and safe way of handling such eggs.

"Hi SPG, the sensible way which I also do follow is not to aspirate the cytoplasm in which I have found quite good fertilization rate."
