"I would really like to hear more about your experience in using H2O2 in the IVF lab. if it is like the gularaldehyde(cidex)m then it is toxic to gametes and embryos.
Would you please tell us more, how frequently do you use it in the lab?"

"6% H2O2 is listed in Laboratory Safety 2nd ed Pages 226 as effective againt vegatative and bacteria, bacterial spores, viruses with a 6% concentration with a contact time of 10-600 minutes
This is equivalent for cidex (gluteraldehyde) at 2% with a 10-600 contact time. 70% Etahnol has a shorter contact time of 10-30 minutes"

"Dear Dr. Gilligan,
I would like to ask your advice on how to prepare or dilute 6% H2O2 for cleaning purposes in an IVF lab. Your advice is very much appreciated.
Thank you"
