Question:

Hey!!

Please can anyone help. Sometimes when i do ICSI, after i enter the egg with the injection pipette and i aspirate some cytoplasm, when i try to release the cytoplasm back, the sperm doesnt get down and stays sticked into the injection pipette. what shall i do to avoid pvp from entering while letting the sperm down in such cases??

Try being gentle

"You can try gentle immobilization, also you can try a thinner lumen microinjection pipette and do not keep the sperm stationary for long time inside the pipette."

"Keep the sperm on the top of it. If you work with oil ICSI pipette, get rid of air bubble in the pipette.
I hope this can help"
