Thank you very much for your interest and participation in our survey concerning the implementation of quality control in the ART laboratory.

The new European Union Tissues and Cells Directive (EUTCD) that came into force in April 2006 aims to increase the quality and safety in application of human tissues and cells to the human body including Assisted Reproductive Techniques (ART). One of the demands of the EUTCD is the obligatory adoption of a quality control system.

This survey consists of 34 questions and it takes less than 10 minutes to complete. It focuses on several aspects of quality control and quality management as well as in laboratory parameters and equipment.
