 Q1- we use Quinn Advantage Protein Plus series, it is excellent till day3 then the blastocyst formation is good in multiblast from irvine from day3 work good without change Quinn as cleavage medium, what is your media of choice and which ph you recommend for best use of it? Q2- some centers in USA change to global medium as documented in the litreature do you investigate this media in your Lab or not and what is the result?  Q3- After you proceed for fertilization check day1 , Do you proceed for cleavage check day 2 or continue culture without check to day 3? Q4- Do you prefere Protein plus media or prefere to add the protein in your Lab and what do you prefere SSS or HSA and what is the concentration? A4 Q5- Do you use Positive air pressure in yor lab as part of clean room Or not? A5 Q6- do you transfer embryos to the uterus in HEPES buffered medium or not? A6 Q7- Do you use microdrop under oil or what is the volume of drop in microliter and the volume of oil /dish? A7 Q8- Do you wash the oil in your lab or use it from the bottle directly? A8 Q9- What do you prefer Parafin or mineral oil for culture and why? A9 Q10- some centers increase the incubator temp to 37.2 or 37.3 and said embryos grow better in this temp , is this correct or not? A10 Wishing you the best of luck.
