| Dear readers. I hope someone can help me with this situation. we have this patient, 44 yrs old, who already had 3 cycles of ICSI done. each cycle, we managed to get about of 3-5 2PN embryos. however, in all the 3 cases, no nucleoli is present in any of the PNs. The 2PN embryos would eventually cleave to about 3-4 cells on day 2. anyone out there who experieced similar situation? or can contribute an explanation? thanks. |

| I will be very grateful if somebody can help me. This is the situation: I can get fertilization and cell division, but the embryos presents fragmentatation. I obtain grade II or III embryo quality and occasionaly grade I. I would like to know which can be the posible reason and solution for that. Some details: - I am using medicult médium : *flushing for aspiration and transfer *IVF for fertilization and cleavage -Culturing on well dishes for fertilization with 100.000 esperm and tranfer.. |

| In our Lab we had a couple, the lady aged 33 years and undergoing her second ICSI cycle. Her first attempt was unsuccessful and in her second trial, out of the 7 oocytes collected, 4 were with brownish yellowish zona and the cytoplasm was pale yellow. The zona looked as though it was dark brownish yellow and she had 13 days of stimulation.In her previous attempt also she have had 13 days of stimulation. the cytoplasm looks normal and she developed good quality embryos from both her good oocytes .. |

| Hi We are regularly doing 30-40 cycles every month. In last month batch i found majority of oocytes were showing dark granylarity in central region and around 30% of them were showing vacuoles also. What ever embryos are formed are of good quality grade I embryo but no prgnency achieved. Do some one has same experiance in there practice. What would be wrong here in this case. Is it related with quality of drug used? Thanks |

| Did anyone have situation like this?I used for cultivation to the stage of blastocyst commercial medium Medicult IVF and ISM2. I refresh culture every day. Everything was ok. Good rates of fertilization good quality of embryos on day 2 and day 3. But on day 4 in some embryos started degeneration process like darkness and embyos who reached stage of morula on day 5 started to change and didn't reached blastocyst stage. Incubator is set on 5,8% CO2 and 37 C,rH 90% . Could anyone give me some ad.. |
