I am facing some problem about the maturation of the porine oocyte. About 60% oocytes are matured with this media. I always use SIGMA M-199 media. | Hello In the clinic I work we do Sperm Washing of men infected with HIV. We use a long protocol for removal of the virus from the sperm. At the end of the protocol we have two samples: one pre-wash and one post-wash, that we send to a molecular laboratory in a hospital for viral analysys. We would expect for the post-wash sample to be clean and not to have any virus, but instead we are obtaining higher concentrations of the virus.The protocol we use is a well established one. | Dear all Can any body help me to decide to purchase G85 CO2 benchtop incubator of K-Systems.I wish to use triple gas and wish to use it for upto day 5/6 culture. Can anybody have the experience regarding the gas consumption rate compared to regular incubator with similar rate of opening the doors if used for long term culture.Can it be compared with MINC mini incubator of COOK.I find the MINC little expensive.
