Question:

Dear All,

After gathering all the embryos to be transferred in one drop (in the culture medium), i do assisted hatching using laser and return them to the incubator until the transfer (usually 30 min). Does the laser increases the temperature of the drop where i made the hatching?if yes do i need to transfer the embryos to another fresh drop?

"All the embryos after assisted hatching must be thoroughly rinsed in the media and then cultured in a separate micro droplet until transfer as LASER generates heat"
