Mini galaxy incubator door failures

Question:

Has anyone else had problems with RS Biotech Mini Galaxy incubators in relation to its inner doors?  Either in normal working or after decontamination cycles.

"Hi 1st prob top half of inner door fell off after decon. Bottom half did likewise after next decon.
Also equip tends to be difficult to confirm CO2 levels, alledgely because sampling port is beside CO2 inlet port therefore may tend to give falsely high rdgs. Apart from these it's fine.."
