"Hi George
With a minc you will have to run with a premixed gas so I don't think atmospheric effects will be much of a problem - the CO2 concentration will depend on you media and what the manufacturers recommend to give their optimal pH. If you know what pH you want to use calculate the required CO2 concentration using Henderson- Hasselbach. With the Cook medium I have experience of, I used 6%CO2 5%O2 and 89%N2. feel free to email me if you require any further help
Regards
Paul"
