Introduction

Privacy laws in the European Union are changing as of May 25, 2018. In an effort to strengthen your privacy rights, IVF.net is updating its Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (collectively, “Terms”).

We take your right to privacy seriously and want you to feel comfortable using our web site. This Privacy Policy deals with personally identifiable information (referred to as "Data" below) that may be collected by us on our site. This Policy does not apply to other entities that we do not own or control or persons that are not our employees, agents or within our control. Please take time to read our Terms of Use.

These improvements are part of IVF.net’s ongoing commitment to provide transparency and safeguard your privacy. They include new information about how we process EU personal data.

Here’s a brief overview of the changes:

  • Transparency and Control: We’ve added increased transparency around the collection and use of data, and information about how you control your data.

  • Rights and Choices: We’ve added instructions around how you can exercise your user rights and make choices about your data.
We encourage you to review the new Terms to familiarize yourself with the changes that are being made.

These updates will automatically come into effect for all existing users on May 25, 2018. Your continued use of IVF.net’s Products and Services from that day on will be subject to the updated Terms.

Thank you for being a member of the IVF.net community!
