I believe that my experience and background will be beneficial to your lab or company: • MS in Human and animal Physiology (Moscow State University) • PhD in Developmental biology (molecular embryology)(Institute of Developmental biology, Moscow) • 7 years scientific experience with National Institute of Health (USA) under supervision of Dr Perry Blackshear (the Clinical director of National Institute Environmental Health Sciences, RTP, NC, USA) • 13 years of developmental biology/cell biology/molecular biology research experience: mammalian cell culture, including establishment of primary ESL (embryonic stem cell lines) lines; mammalian IVF and ICSI, oocyte and blastocyst microinjections; aseptic technique; mouse and frog surgery; expertise in molecular biology, including western blot, RT-PCR, Q-PCR, RNA, DNA isolation, transfection, immunofluorescence; data analysis, statistics skills using JMP and Prism, others. • Good organizational, decision-making, problem solving, and excellent communication and oral presentation skills, active participant in Regional and International meetings, member of Cell and Development Biology societies; • computer skills: MS Word, Excel, and Power Point, Photoshop, Illustrator, web design and others.
