Ph.D. degree with HCLD acreditation in Embryology / Andrology & General knowledge (ABB). > 10 years experience as HCLD Laboratory Director of several medium / large successful CAP-accredited ART units in US. > 14 years experience in all aspects of Clinical Embryology and Andrology including ICSI, AH, SSR techniques, sperm / embryo cryopreservation / thawing and EEC / Blastocyst culture, vitrification etc. Highly experienced in designing, equipping & staffing ART Laboratories and in maintaining protocols / manuals etc. for state and Federal accreditation (e.g. by CAP, CLIA, FDA etc.). Full set of protocols / manuals / Safety Manual / CHP / 'Disaster Manual' etc. meeting the requirements of CAP, CLIA, FDA etc. available. Experienced as an inspector of ART Laboratories for CAP. Previously licensed as 'ICSI practitioner' by UK HFEA. |
