Out of incubator time

Question:
Can some kind person advise on detail re current thoughts on how long dishes (w and w/o oil) should be out of the incubator to minimise ph and temp changes, and any controls in the lab they have been able to setup. Ta

"It depends on the type of buffer your media using
if with hepes it will last long as 2 or more hours
if it is bicarbonate buffer,with oil it has to be back to the inc. within 2 minutes
without oil as less as 5-10 seconds then back to the inc."
