"Don't do scopy and drilling, this can further damage the oocytes.
Check her testosterone, dheas and 17 OHP levels. Give her an oc pill, and do a long protocol down regulation"

No eggs at OPU in PCOS

"No eggs at OPU, I feel we should check the quality and quantity of HCG injection. It is rare at my place to get no eggs at OPU in PCOS. But when we tried in-vitro maturation of eggs in PCOS and tried OPU without HCG injection, we get very few eggs."
