Dear All,
I wish to gather information on the pH measurement of culture media in clinical IVF laboratories from round the world. I request you all to share your procedure / protocol. I would also appreciate to get responses from those who do not measure pH in their labs.

Questionnaire
- Do you measure the pH of culture media? How frequently?
- What procedure and equipment ( make and type of pH meter and the probe) do you use to measure the pH? Plz brief the procedure.
- Do you use different pH at different stages of culture viz. for fertilization, for D1 to D3 culture and for blastocyst culture?
- If you use just one brand of media, how frequently do you need to change your incubator settings?
5.a What is the altitude of your place ?
5.b Which incubator(s) do you use ? What reading (range of reading may be mentioned) of %CO2 do(es) your incubator(s) display at the desired pH of media ?
