Applications are invited for a one year two semester, Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Embryology awarded by the University of Madras, in collobaration with Crea Conceptions Pvt ltd. Aimed at equipping post graduates in life sciences and medcial graduates with the diverse aspects of Clinical embryology & Assisted Reproductive Technology, the program is offered through the University - Industry Community Interaction Center (UICIC). Awarded by one of the oldest and reputable universities of Southern India, this course is ideal for candidates who want to pursue a career in ART. Because of the limited number candidates are given Individual attention and enough hands on training in all procedures

Admission requirements

A candidate who has passed Master's Degree in Life Sciences, Zoology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Applied Microbiology, Biotechnology, Genetics, Molecular Biology, or M.B.B.S, BDS, BVSc. of this University or an examination of other Indian or foreign Universities accepted by the syndicate as equivalent thereto are eligible.

Admission Procedure:

The admission for PG Diploma in Clinical Embryology will be made based on the marks scored in the qualifying examination and an oral interview.

Eligibility for the award of P.G. Diploma:

A candidate shall be eligible for the award of the Diploma only if he/she has undergone the prescribed course of study for a period of not less than one academic year (two semesters), and passed the examination of the two prescribed semesters thereby earning a minimum of 36 credits.

Diploma will be awarded by the University of Madras

Duration of the Course:

The course is for one year and organized on a semester basis (totally two semesters), consisting of a total of seven theory, two practical courses and a project work/dissertation. Classes begin 1st september 2017.

Conduct of Examination:

There shall be two examinations, first semester examinations will be at the middle of the academic year and the second semester examinations will be held at the end of the academic year. The examination shall be conducted and evaluated by the faculty of the University Department & Crea Conceptions Pvt. Ltd., Chennai - 17
