I want to know what are the different methods to prepare the TESA sample?

"PESA/TESA sperm preparation is mostly depends upon the number of sperm obtained, mostly isolation of motile epididymal spermatozoa relatively straightforward,if large number obtained then mini density gradient is an effective method, if its low number simple wash will work.

if its biopsy sample (percutaneous needle biopsy)then the testicular spermatozoa isolated by mechanical or enzymatic methods
In enzymatic method collagenase enzyme is used to separate the seminiferous tubules,
In mechanical method macerate the testicular tissue in culture medium by
B D syringe"
