Repeated Chemical Pregnancy

Question:
I have a 35 year old patient: Fresh cycle, ONE blast transfer: di/mo twins, lost @22 weeks FET of one blast: chemical pregnancy FET of 2 blasts: chemical pregnancy Patient response well to oestrogen & lining looked good in all cases. Any suggestions for reason for chemical pregnancies?

"One possible reason could be zona hardening, check the CO2 concentration of your incubator, may try bit higher concentration.
Use hepes media more often.
hope it works"
