Intended use
SynVitro ICSI Holding Medium is for holding the oocytes when performing the intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) procedure.
Background
Oocytes must be kept in a solution with stable pH and temperature during the ICSI procedure.
SynVitro ICSI Holding Medium is ready-to-use and is especially designed for use during the intracytoplasmic sperm injection procedure where the oocyte is penetrated by the ICSI pipette.
SynVitro ICSI Holding Medium does not contain antibiotics or any components of biological origin and is therefore purely synthetic. |
