Question:
would anyone be willing to share their protocol for cryopreservation of testicular biopsy and how to process it for ICSI? thanks

"an opthalmic scissors (spring loaded)can be utilized for fine shredding of the testicular biopsy in the sperm preparation media, the motility improves over 2 to 3 hours, therefore biopsy should be processed before the oocyte retrieval. the resulting suspension can be cryopreserved for future use."
