Testicular biospy red blood cells

Question:

Could you please share your experience with bloody testicular samples? Have you try Spermprep colums of red blood lysis?

"I don't use any lysis buffer.I strongly grab the tiny piece of tissue with a gauze and I squeeze it.Then I wash the piece of tissue with PBS. I repeat these 2 steps 3 times.
Finally I rend the tissue using two slides."

"I use Lysis buffer which i prepare myself, ammonium chloride 4.495 gm + pottassium bicarbonate 0.5 gm + EDTA 0.0185 gm all dissolved in 50 ml distilled water and filtered, during processing of the sample with sperm medium i add anappropriate volume of the buffer, and it does pretty well
