Question:

Hi, While doing ICSI, every now and then, we come across eggs with soft membrane. The oolema ruptures quite prematurely. So if we dont aspirate much cytoplasm, they would survive. But sometimes you happen to see eggs which would look normal when you inject the pip. inside. but when you aspirate, the cytoplasm is very tough and it doesn't rupture at all. In such eggs even slightest of aspiration leads to degeneration of egg. They are obviously fragile. What could be the reason? How should one handle such eggs?
