Question:

I work in an ivf lab in Iran (Isfahan), we do our freeze by vitrification (oocyte & embryo) we use DMSO & EG & our media is hand made. Our pregnancy rate is about 35-43 %. We would like to change our media & delete DMSO from it, what is your suggestion for this?

With the best wishes
