Deputy Nursing and Clinical Professionals Manager

This is a role where you’ll be an influential leader, supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care and professional practice at clinic level and working with peers at group level. The clinical professional team at Care Tunbridge Wells is diverse and includes Nurses, Midwives, Doctors, HCAs and Associate Practitioners. You’ll spend your days assisting the Nursing and Clinical Professional Manager develop your team in line with our careers development framework. You’ll assist in the coordination of the day-to-day activities of the team ensuring delivery of high-quality patient care and overseeing continuous improvement projects. You’ll be close to the team’s activities and to the patients as you’ll undertake clinical duties as part of this role.

About you:

You have leadership experience and you are motivated to progress your career further by working alongside a large multidisciplinary clinical and operational team which focuses on delivering strategic priorities at local and group level.

It would be great if you have a good understanding of fertility care, and have transferable skills from experience in other clinical settings. You have excellent communication skills and can engage teams to ensure high clinical standards and collaborative working. It would be desirable if you’re proficient in scanning.

• Salary between £46,200 and £49,500 (depending on skills/experience/qualifications)
