We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to work with the team to ensure the Clinic’s policies, procedures, systems and processes continue to meet the statutory, regulatory and compliance requirements.

Quality Management

  • Work with the Medical Director, the Clinical team & Senior Management in administering the statutory, regulatory and compliance requirements of the Clinic, including compiling responses to regulators and inspection preparation.
  • Responsible for ensuring that compliance audits are conducted in accordance with required timelines.
  • Ensure any non-compliances are addressed and the necessary action and training is implemented.
  • Responsible for the incident reporting system, including monitoring and trend analysis.
  • Ensure the risk register is well maintained and reviewed. 
  • Ensure that staff training is carried out.
  • To keep up to date with the latest developments with regard to the HFEA, CQC, and any other relevant regulators.
  • Ensure the team are kept abreast of any changes to legislation. 
  • Responsible for managing the Clinic’s quality management system (QMS).
  • Reporting to management on Clinic performance based on QMS and the Clinic’s management dashboard.
  • Responsible for ensuring departmental compliance.
  • Responsible for document control system for the Clinic.

 

Senior Leadership

  • To provide professional leadership to ensure the delivery of safe, high quality and effective patient services within the Clinic.
  • To support the Board and assist in the implementation of the strategy.
  • To drive transformational change and innovation.
  • To act as ambassador for the Clinic and to demonstrate the core values.

 

Experience Required:  Experience Previous experience in an HFEA licenced fertility clinic Ideally, you’ll be educated to degree level and have a minimum of two years Quality Management experience. Knowledge of risk and governance processes and procedures. Knowledge of effective project & change management methods. Good understanding of wider governance agenda. Excellent organisational and communication skills. A positive ‘can do’ attitude.
Salary:  negotiable based on experience
