• Working as a Chief Embryologist in Institute of Reproductive Medicine Madras Medical Mission last 6 years in  chennai India
• Worked 4 years in Middle east
• Trained more than 80 clinicians and  Embryologist
• Performing more than 1000 ICSI cycle per annum
• Young Scientist Award for the year - 2007-NESA –New Delhi - India.
• Last 12 years worked as an Embryologist in India as well as Abroad.

• Presented more than 10 papers in national and international Conference
• Achieved and produced more than 2500 documented IVF ,ICSI, FER and Assisted hatching  babies.
• Achieved first IVF baby in University Hospital - in South India -Sri Ramachandra Medical college and Research institute –Deemed University Hospital-IVF - Unit -Tamil Nadu India.
